Plain terms for a plain store.
What we sell. Digital goods ($2.99–$69), track leases ($29/$79/$199), game licenses ($49/$199), custom commissions ($99/$199/$299), and zines ($9.99). Payment is in USDC on Base via x402, or Bitcoin on-chain. Prices are in USD; crypto amounts settle at the quoted rate.
Delivery. Digital goods are delivered as download links immediately after payment confirms. Commissions and license reviews are fulfilled personally by Brian — timelines are stated on each product page.
Licenses. Leases and game licenses grant the usage described on their product pages — they are non-exclusive and non-transferable, and they never transfer copyright. Commissions include one revision round (further rounds $49); if the first draft genuinely misses the mark and we can’t get there, 50% is refunded — full policy on /commissions/. For license questions or anything else, write to Brian.Booms@gmail.com; every order is handled personally.
Booms Rewards. Rewards credit is USDC-denominated store credit: 10% back on purchases, 15% on your first, 20% on a referred first purchase, 5% to referrers. It applies as a discount on brianbooms.com and the x402 buy routes. It is not cash, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Merch. Physical merchandise is sold through DistroKid Direct (print-on-demand); their terms govern those orders. Merch earns no Booms Rewards.
Honest AI. Brian’s music is made with Suno, disclosed everywhere it appears. License buyers receive the usage rights above; no training-data or model claims are made about the outputs.
