Leasing is simple: you get a non-exclusive license to use one of my released tracks in your project. I keep the copyright and keep streaming and selling the track myself — you just get to build on it, at a price an independent creator can actually afford.

How it works: pick a track from the catalog, pick a lease tier, and send the form below. I reply within 2 business days with a payment link; once payment clears I deliver the audio files and your license confirmation by email.

License terms, in plain English

1. Non-exclusive. I keep streaming, selling, and licensing the track myself, and other creators can license it too.
2. You get what your tier lists — nothing more, nothing less. If your release outgrows your tier, upgrade before you pass the limit.
3. Permission, not ownership. I retain whatever rights I hold in the track. A lease does not transfer or sell any ownership to you.
4. No Content ID. Don’t register my tracks with YouTube Content ID or any audio-fingerprinting system.
5. No redistribution as-is. Don’t resell, re-upload, or redistribute the track on its own — not as a “beat,” not as stock music, not as your own release.
6. Credit me. “Music by Brian Booms” wherever credits reasonably appear.
7. One buyer per lease. Your lease can’t be sold, shared, or transferred to someone else.
8. AI-assisted production. My tracks are made with Suno; you accept the audio as-is.

FAQ

Which tracks can I lease?

Any released Brian Booms track — name it in the form. If a track isn’t available for lease, I’ll tell you within 2 business days.

Can I get exclusive rights to a track?

Not through these tiers — every lease here is non-exclusive. Ask in the form if you need something exclusive and I’ll quote it honestly.

Will your distributor claim my video?

No. Leased tracks are cleared for the use your tier describes — just don’t register them with Content ID yourself (see term 4), and monetized YouTube/podcast use is fine.

What if my song blows past the stream limit?

Good problem. Upgrade to the next tier before you cross the limit and you’re covered.

Can I get a refund?

If I can’t deliver the track files, you get a full refund. Once the audio and license are delivered, leases are final.
